So I've never played dark souls, and I know you olay as a character who is supposed to destroy the flames. (I think) but who is the villain here, the flames or the character you play

The canon ending in the first and second were linking the flame but the villain honestly is the flame seeing as it kept the age of fire going to the fact everyone was scared of the flame going at and the beginning of the age of dark
