I don't know what the kids are doing now, but this category used to be called "Realness with a Twist". Basically the guys had to get their "10s" for Realness (appearing to be a convincing stereotypically hetero male), then they would come back and Vogue Femme for Grand Prize. I haven't been to a ball in years, so I guess it's different now! Now it's just "Twisters" *shrugs*
