Did they introduce anything new gear or mechanics for sever in S7? GG

Not really. Enemies are feared as well as made vulnerable when you use paranormal sever. Sounded bad at first but actually works awesome for the build. The rest is witchcraft power and changes to other stuff like Rathma's Vigor.
