I say this from experience, the 4x5x6 is a hard puzzle to design haha. This is probably why it took them so long to release it. I used a similar design in my first version, but the second version on my channel was greatly improved.

I want this puzzle so bad... but I will wait for the black version. I'm pretty sure it will turn perfectly fine after some breaking in or tensioning, like the 2x3x4 and 3x4x5. The 3x4x5 is my favourite puzze ever (and I have a couple hundred of puzzles), so I've been waiting for this a decade.

I think it would be easier turning it so that red and orange are up and down, and then when you shapeshift it you turn it like a 4x4x5 cube.

I think you're right; I just had a quick turn like that and it definitely seems more intuitive and normal.

@twistypuzzling great, I'm glad it worked.

I wonder if this a really functionnal one because the 234 and 345 were blocking at some point

I'll probably only find out after solving it a few times.

I had several small pops over the first 3 solves. On the third solve, internal pieces also popped...

That's definitely not good! Hopefully mine won't do the same.

gaps in the pieces is almost certainly not to save money... It's just very hard to design complex parts for manufacturing without some of these limitations

I'm not understanding this. There are loads of similar puzzles which don't have any gaps. They function just fine.

The turning of this cube does not look good! 2*4*6 cube is my favorite one but I have stopped solving it a longgg time now. Not sure if I still can solve it. Cheers 😎

Sorry man, but that thing is a piece of junk.

No offence taken by me whatsoever. And I disagree: it's certainly not a brilliant turner, but it's not even close to the worst I've ever had
