Passive: Ally fighters in an area around each of Illaoi's Tentacles gain Swarm stat Health Regen +(5 × number of Tentacles) Health Regen. Edit: Watching the vod I see this must be bugged as Seraphine's regen doesn't change, though it is reasonable for brotherman to assume it should from the description

To be fair Seraphine best build is as many crit projectiles as you can get. Same as yasuo. Riven is the odd one (she needs the singed trail and is probably the only champ to use it well) Everyone else is just uwu blaster + Statik Shyv + ice blast armor and then more ranged AoE if they are ADC or more focused DMG if they are Tank/AoE attack). It doesn't help that weapon balance is terrible the statik shyv weapon is way better than most projectile weapons at single target DPS which should not be the case. Weapon ranks are something like: S tier (good on any character if you can evolve them) Uwu blaster (SSS+ Ultra tier. This is the highest DPS in your kit for boss and elites. It focus fires the closest unit for more dmg than you can get with any 2 other weapons evolved.) Bladeorang (great AoE and if you have crit haste and damage passive it's good single target DPS as well) Statik Shyv (amazing early pickup to clear slightly tankier mobs and giga strong as AoE or DPS once evolved) Pawprint (this is S tier only for Riven as it feeds her more shields and movement when evolved which gives her more dmg which gives her even bigger shields) These are the highest boss DPS weapons and they are great for regular mobs and elites too. They evolve with useful stuff too HP Haste and Movement. after that A tier weapon: Ice blast armor = blocks a hit every few seconds you can tell if it's up by the animation around your caracter. Does almost no dmg (it does a decent amount but woun't even put a dent in elites or bosses so the DPS is nonexisntent) but it stuns everything nearby which means you can walk through an encirclement with it without taking any damage. It's absolutely necessary on melee champs and good pick up on jinx (she is super bad solo without it) as she doesn't have survivability in her kit (the only way out of encirclement with jinx is to kill one side and run out but that doesn't work against frogs and mines very well or even regular mobs as they just spawn endlessly even if you clear them and teleport nearby walls when you run away from them) Aurora, Xayah and Seraphine can play without iceblast (and Yasuo if good mechanics) cause they have E or R that gives them untargetability/Shields for a few seconds (seraphine E is not good enough to walk out of giga encirclements on extreme but her R does give 3 sec of invulnerability) then you have B tier weapons (desirable left overs once you have Iceblast and the 3 S tier weapons) which are just weapons that do more dmg than C tier (read garbage) to bosses and large swarms of mobs: Tibbers (great single target DMG but you can only really play him with illaoi without sacrificing passive slot on duration also it bugs if you move around after it spawns and it teleports back to you he will stand still until a mob is like 300 range away from you) Radiant field (only on Briar, Riven Illaoi and Leona) = this is a weapon that evolves with Max HP and does decent damage if you are up close and personal and has no downtime with low DPS but it does get one strong effect when evolved (% Mob Max Health Dmg on death in 400 range around them) this combined with Uwu Blaster makes it so even tanks like Leona who took Icebleast and don't have high AoE DPS can easily clear swarms of giga tanky mobs because the UwU blaster kills the closest one it explodes and softens up all the others with % of it's max HP around it and then they explode after it causing chain reaction. This weapon is A tier but only for Leona as she struggles to murder the super tanky mobs otherwise. It's B tier the other tanks as they already have enough DMG to kill the tanky mobs and the explosion doesn't help against the bosses as mobs are few and far inbetween in boss fights) Crossbow = main strenght of this is that it evolves with crit which is desireable passive and it oneshots weak mobs while chunky stronger mobs for a lot once evolved it's practically a circle around you so it's very good AoE but DPS for elites is average. The bad part is that auto targeting often wastes the arrows before you evolve it. Cyclonic Slicers = decent dmg can't crit but very useful knockback which keeps ranged characters be safer. The sad bit is it needs Health Regen to evolve which is a bad passive (everyone in the game wants to take Haste, Armor, Damage (you can drop damage on some champs but it feels terrible) which leaves 3 slots and most people take Movement HP and Crit for DPS against bosses and survivability so you can;t really afford to take this as it won't evolve but the weapon is good if evolved so if you were forced into taking regen you should take it over vortex glove unless you are yasuo) Annie mines (great on Riven, Illaoi as they take Area size for the rest of their kit but not amazing on anything else besides Seraphine as she can spawn more of them with passive but seraphine still prefers other projectiles as area size is a dead passive on her kit and her best weapons) Echoing blades (great on Seraphine cause you have to take projectiles anyways, Yasuo is good user as it generates crits for his tornados and good pick me up on anyone who has at least 3 of the Damage, Crit, Haste, Projectiles passives but it's actually a bad weapon cause targeting is wack and it needs walls once evolved to really do decent damage so it's sitiuational this is a C tier without walls) Shark mines (this is a weapon that evolves with damage which is the 3rd best passive after Haste and Armor but the weapon does very low DPS on boss/Elite monsters hence why it's B tier (also it doesn't crit) but it can help you clear the endless waves if you lack AoE dmg as when evolved it keeps bouncing till it kills the swarm around you. Still I only take this if i don't have rerolls left and already have my main weapons ready) Crit lazer thing - It has almost no value early besides doing decent dmg to tankier mobs and a small chunk to elites it's pretty bad but it evolves with crit and once evolved has a decent area effect. The good part is that it never gets wasted as the auto targeting doesn't miss still bad DPS but better than C tier crap. C Tier: MF guns (only advisable to take on Illaoi if you have no other choice. DPS is absolute garbage and they are not even on all the time but once evolved it stuns and slows which helps illaoi keep stuff away from her), Vortex Glove (B tier and only decent on Yasuo and Seraphine but problem is you need health regen passive and it requires positioning to do damage as you can't auto target it so it's anoying to use unless you are turbo surrounded) Orbital lazer - amazing in Co Op if one person has it as it can help against encirclements especially early before people have all their weapons but generally garbage as you can't really afford to take XP passive so you can't evolve it unless you play Aurora (B tier on Aurora). Train = evolves with damage and can crit but the targeting on it is terrible and it practically does almost zero dmg to elites/boss while not being great at killing everything around you. It does good dmg and can chunk tankier mobs and oneshot weak mobs but it's not really recomended weapon as it's RNG and terrible against the Elites and Bosses.

I have a fun build with briar taking 4 weapons that scale with area of effect + static shiv and uwu blaster to deal with elites my job is to take my team to the boss because with this build I can clear almost infinite amount of slarms only some mini bosses are issue is it any good in expert because I have done only hard mode for now.​@@martinpetkov6310

you may want to wait till you have a weapon at max level so you can evolve them. id say depending of the levels of your weapons and if you have the passives to evolve then you may want to save cards after minute 10 or even earlier if you have a weapon at level 4 and the passive that evolves it
