Questlines are a new system coming to Hunt that offer rewards in exchange for completing objectives.

Full list of drops: During the Twitch Drop Campaign, you can earn a variety of different legendary items including the return of Billy story and a new Legendary Hunter 'The Infected'. Between the 12th of October - 20th October 2022 you can earn the rewards watching Hunt: Showdown Streams on these days. There will be 4 rewards in total. The first is a Night of the Hunter Partner exclusive drop, meaning you must watch a member of the partner program to earn this reward. All other rewards (Questline drop, drop #2 & drop #3) can be earned by watching ANY Hunt: Showdown streamer. Exclusive Drop: 12th - 20th Oct - Watch any Night of the Hunter Partner for 90 mins to unlock the Legendary Hand crossbow 'Bloodshot'. Drop #1 - Billy & The Stalker Beetle Questline Drop: 12th - 20th Oct:Watch any Hunt: Showdown Streamer for 60 mins to unlock the Billy's Story Questline. Once claimed through the drops inventory page on Twitch it will unlock access to the Billy & The Stalker Beetle Questline. This Questline contains 6 acts. Upon completion of each act, you will unlock one or more of the rewards from previous drop campaigns as well as the first ever Weapon Charm "Tail Eater" Act 1: - Legendary Springfield 1866 "Old Tusk" Act 2: - Reward #1 - Legendary Nagant M1895 Silencer "Spare Dime" - Reward #2 - Legendary Knife "Roe Stalker" Act 3: - Reward #1 - Legendary Martini-Henry IC1 Riposte "Bingham Brash" - Reward #2 - Legendary Quad Derringer "Storied Past" Act 4: - Reward #1 - Legendary Bornheim No.3 Extended "Solzer's Silver" - Reward #2 - Legendary First Aid kit "Huff's Kit" Act 5: - Legendary Hunter "Billy Story" Act 6: - Hunt's first ever Weapon Charm "Tail Eater" Drop #2 - Poison Bomb Drop: 13th - 20th Oct: Watch for 90 mins to unlock the Legendary Poison Bomb "Malady". Drop #3 - Legendary Hunter Drop: 17th - 20th Oct: Claim drop #2 (Malady) and watch for 180 mins to unlock the Legendary Hunter "The Infected".

Great summary of the event! I'm happy you mentioned that the QL doesn't have to be completed by the 20th. I've been wondering about that but haven't found info about it at any other place I looked. Admittedly I haven't looked at the Dev-stream for this event, but seen a few summaries and read through the FAQ. That's wonderful news... especially for a friend of mine who's going on vacation in the middle of the event.

The whole discussion here under this comment is really confusing to me. To clear things up: The drops are bound to certain dayspans and have different unlock-times. But usually those are not longer then 3h and can be done simmultaniously, when the dayspans match. The campain on the other hand is a one-time-unlock and can be progressed at every time (also after the drops as far as I know). The camapain is not extremely long tho, so you should get through it in some days if you play 2-3 h a day.

Noticed something strange when I finished the first act of the billy quest line. I already have the old tusk so it gave me the griffin which is the dolch precision as a perm unlock in the place of the old tusk. I’m assuming for every legendary skin you have you get a random one in it’s place.

Do you need to do all acts or can you do them separately? Because I already have the springfield and martini skins from the old twitch drops and would rather not do missions only to unlock something I already have. In short, can I skip to parts 2 4 5 and 6?

HELP! On my twitch account it says that I have claimed the Billy Questline, , malady poison, hand crossbow and the Infected Hunter. But on my PS5 my Questline says "coming soon" and I don't have any of the things I unlocked! Am I doing something wrong or am I screwed?

Remember when crytech said that the beetle is gona be a "anti camping mechanic"? The trailer literally shows two guys camping in a building using the beetle to scout outside, one of them even has a shotgun. wtf crytech

it was explained on the subreddit. The art wasn't meant to feature a shotbolt, it was just part of their model that kinda slipped through the cracks. They did tease different ammo types in the future though. From Community Manager Rick on Reddit: "Hey folks, I wanted to jump in here and give some context as to what is going on here. First off, this is not a teaser for the release of a new ammo type and there are currently no plans to release the Shotbolt ammo type as an option for the hand crossbow. This comes from an early concept of the custom ammo where the regular crossbow ammo types were duplicated for the hand crossbow so that the concepts and table renders could be created and showcased within the team. During the custom ammo development, we decided not to use some of the ammo types for the hand crossbow for a number of reasons, but it appears that not all of these concepts have been removed or hidden. So, I just wanted to let you all know that this was not an intentional tease but an artistic choice to mix up how the crossbow looked in the trailer...and you gotta admit, it does look pretty awesome. Sorry to be the one to spoil a good rumour with facts but we felt it was better to let you all know. We will be experimenting with other ammo types for the hand crossbow in the future but the shotbolt is currently not something we are planning to introduce."

I’m confused on how to sign up, I click the link and it brings me to the website where is says to link twitch account so I’m clicking that and it’s asking me to sign into my Microsoft account once I do that it just closes and goes back to the hunt website, does that mean it’s linked or is it just being weird?

If you go to the twitch drop section of the hunt website, it will say “connected” or “not connected” next to your profile picture thing. Connected means you are good to go

Correct. BUT you need to claim each prize as it unlocks on that day. Like come back every couple hours and click your reward cause they don’t stack.
