Just a note for the diet clip. He’s actually wrong, you can drink the full fat version while “dieting”. If your body is used to getting certain amounts of sugar and stuff then taking that way from yourself is actually more detrimental to your weight lose than drinking the stuff would. I lost 6 and a half stone just because I gave my body what it needed and wanted because if you ignore the wants it becomes a need and then the needs become wants and your right back to square one

and wow, holy fuckery, that donation was horrible.... i don't know if that person is being serious cuz, let's face it, twitch is truly nothing but a safe haven for trolls and they replicate in preposterous numbers.... but gods help that poor soul who endured losing FOUR FRIENDS in a car crash. i don't like assuming anything, as it said a car accident, but i can imagine it has potential to be something along the lines of a drunk driver being involved.... dude lost more people in one car wreck that i have friends IRL at the moment. i can't imagine handling that... but the past 2 years have been brutal for me, losing two close friends, one of which was a best friend that i not only considered a friend, but also family, and semi-fatherly figure due to age difference. it crushed me when i learned of his death cuz it was only a few days after i spoke with him on the phone he had been in the hospital for over a week maybe two, and i tried calling while he was in there, and i only managed to reach him twice. the last time i called him he ... had an accident on himself and needed the nurses to come help him but he told me he'd call me back... sadly he never called back i miss him a lot. his brother in law, aka his sister's husband, was the other person i lost and to this day i still don't know how or why or what happened to him cuz he was only in his 40s, mid-upper 40s i think, and the last time all 3 of us hung out was on his birthday. this guy didn't drink, except on special occasions such as that one and he did not smoke cigarettes or do ANY kind of drugs. smoking weed is NOT a drug when i was dropping off a mutual friend at my best friends house, i saw my other friend the brother-in-law sitting on the porch, and he looked fine, other than the obvious heart ache that we all had going on.... i waved to them but since i have such SEVERE social anxiety i could not bring myself to go up there as well. relatively small house with SO many ppl i wouldn't have been able to handle it... not to mention this was during the beginning of pandemic lock downs and height of it getting "worse" even though it seems like it is STILL getting worse. this is also why the hospital REFUSED TO LET ME GO VISIT HIM.... i still haven't seen his mom which is still eating away at my heart but i hope she knows deep down cuz they've known me for many many years and she considered me like a son... even though i'm white and now 31 and they're black, he would always take up for me in situations where ppl would try to be racist and shitty towards me. he looked out for me a lot. as did his brother in law. when i went to speak to the B-in-L, i really wanted to speak with him, and to my dismay, his wife who is also a friend of mine, she answered on his fb saying he had passed away too... then years ago, i lost a best friend that truly helped me in my late teens (15-19) he helped my socializing ability and he was the kind of person that NO MATTER HOW BAD YOUR DAY WAS OR HOW UPSET YOU WERE, just him being around would cheer you up... he just had that kind of personality and aura. he brought so much laughter to the world and happiness when i found out he died in a motorcycle wreck on the highway, i felt a piece of my soul go cuz he was one of the realest people in the world. i hate myself for never being able to see him play hockey and i promised him i would go see him play.. but i never had the money to go. i miss him so much... i miss them all so much. his funeral was gut wrenching, and there were so many people there that i couldn't find a seat in the main hall, nor the extra two side rooms they had to open up for people to hear the funeral then there was a gathering after the funeral later that day where they had a slide-show in the back yard and multiple ppl spoke. he was loved by so many people because of who he was as a happy person that never wasted a day in his life. he helped me find that kind of life and was leading me down happiness road until i lost him and when he died, as i said, a part of me died... to this day, i still find it near impossible to find that kind of happiness again, it's extremely hard for me to even laugh as in, "laughing out loud" and i look for ALL kinds of funny things, from comedy movies, shows, stand up, etc. laughing for some reason is so difficult for me.. and i miss him cuz he always got me to laugh. on the opposite end of the spectrum, it's just as difficult to cry. which, i'll admit, humans NEED to be able to cry and let out those emotions cuz every time after a good hard cry, you feel better. i've tried watching sad shit to elicit a response and.... tbh i haven't had a true cry in almost 10 yrs now... when my fiancee left. that shattered my existence.
