This is all a dumpster fire. I used to stream on Twitch for fun, but quit because it eventually just wasn’t fun. Not to mention that it is a terrible platform for small streamers to grow on. Twitch has gotten worse ever since, and I’m very glad that people are leaving the platform more.

So many awful things happened it makes me so upset to see such dramas in a place where people go because they think they’re gonna have fun. There was also the thing when people from the event were going into the hotel some streamers were staying at like real stalkers.

My friends and I had a blast at twitchcon and plan to go again. Foam pit wasn't deep enough I agree but I dont think they meant for people to jump this high into it lol

It also had very little to do with Twitch and everything to do with Lenovo. Some of the venue choices and stupid responses to being called out on the wrong pronoun usage is all fair criticism but anything that a fan, creator, or vendor did is entirely on them, not Twitch.

I knew twitch and the whole was getting bad once the pay was deducted, but I didn't think it would get this bad to the point they may not take responsibility in taking part in injuring their own creators (which could be life-altering) and allowing unsafe behaviors go unchecked, I'm really scared if I ever attend a twitch-related event
