Pac might've been a plant himself. Pac is from Harlem originally. He disrespected Nas for no reason, when Nas tried show him Love. Snoop said it himself, Nas could have got them both then, and THERE. Considering a lot of weird stuff was happening on the West Coast. But one thing is a fact; Tupac Shakur was a middle class kid in Detroit. He went from Harlem to Detroit to San Francisco. The way LA gangs work; you can only be a part of a gang if you are from THAT neighborhood.
