I checked, it is not a eeprom, it is voltage comperator, it was covered by epoxy but i cleaned and used microscope, my is Ok but only for reference s393i ,i have issue with high voltage side i ordered new mosfet's, they are broken

Hello friend, my twizy has this problem, I turn it on, everything goes well and within seconds it beeps, it lights up red stop and battery and little by little the 12v discharges, the car stops and my traction battery also stays blocked. I have to open it, give 12v to the power relay and everything returns to normal. What I did to solve the problem was, put a smaller 12v battery and next to it a 60v dc/dc at 13.5 connected to + and - of the power battery with a relay with a 5 sec connection delay and thus the car does not turn on any stop light, breakdown... But your contribution is very interesting, I dismantled the entire charger, removed all the resin but I did not find the problem. Now I know that circuit was to blame. where did you get the replacement? Do you have the identification number? I would like to go back to the original car and put its slightly larger battery back in. thank you and greetings.

I got the board from another charger....the replacement doesn't exist....I think you should also change the power relay...

Hello, the power relay did not fail again, I think the failure here was due to draining the 12v battery while driving, it remains in the closed position and when you put a charged battery in, you start the car, check, detect the connected traction battery and that's it. it gives an error... you have to disconnect it before the check... and for that, the easiest thing to do is to put 12v directly on it and disconnect it... if the voltage drops a lot and little by little it gets stuck. If you find out if there is a replacement or someone knows where to get it, please share it, Renault changes a complete charger at a high price. greetings and thanks.

@@andresgermanboteguijo7236 if you have 14v on the 12v battery with the dashboard on than the problem is the relay .... Contacts close in a gas chamber.... when looses the gas reacts that way....
