AEW International title has already took that spot. Thats why they made Jon Moxley of all people win it (a man who only challenges for World titles and has the most reigns as World Champion in just 5 years of the company) and he is clearly gonna win it back when he gets back from the concussion. But they really need to make Rey Femix into a massive heel and elevate him cause he did beat Jon Moxley in the middle of the ring CLEAN and was one of the few people in AEW who could do that. TK needs to book him like it wasn't an accident and that Rey Fenix is now on his way to becoming this evil badass that's willing to cheat, give you a concussion or even end your career in order to win, hell he used the hammer to win the Trios Championship so the groundwork is there

All they have to do is keep making him cheat, being overtly braggadociouseven when he performs those amazing moves and even slows the match down after certain high flying moves and starts taunting, walking around the ring, etc. And whenever he gets pressured in a match, he starts to cheat amd even attempt to do moves that could end a person's career.
