越看小雪，越觉得她是一个神秘的女人。如此接近90度的狭窄悬崖小路，即使是有勇气的人也很难走完。当我看到她们参观这样的地方并拍摄视频时，我感觉她们不是普通的女性。大多数韩国女性不会去这样的地方。而且男人也不常来。我不常去，因为那里很危险，而且没有任何安全设施。真是太神奇了。我想知道你哪里来的勇气去接受这样的挑战。更令人惊奇的是古代明朝人是如何创造出这样的建筑的。在这样的地方建造这样的建筑，是如何运送各种建筑材料的，真是让人感到很神秘。当我有一天去贵州时，我希望能和小雪一起去这样的地方。非常感谢您介绍景区。

@@zqlau7996翻了一下估计是体重和肌肉量导致的下山对于心肺来说负荷是明显变轻的很多人由于肌肉力量不足不足以提供冗余量维持平衡使得肌肉关节迅速疲劳还有些核心肌群孱弱的动作歪歪扭扭就更累了。对于力量冗余量大的人来说轻松就能把握平衡由于下山没多少能量消耗，心肺负荷小，就会感觉十分轻松不费力就下来了

Thanks very much for bringing us along with you to explore remote, ruggedly beautiful corners of China that I will never see in person (too old and scared!).
