They explained at the panels during Sky Anniversary that these are meant to be investments. You don’t just friend everyone. Also heart trades go against TOS as one of these reasons. It’s not meant to be transactional. That said, rearranging the friendship tree is one of their priorities for the future since many things are absurdly priced. (Also yes this seems contradictory to the game considering how expensive In Game (not IAP) prices have gotten in the past year) Anyway yes there is a reason for it. It’s meant to make you invest in friendships, not just allow you to do everything with everyone you meet.

Y'all I know the candle thing is absurd pricing but literally you can just wait to build up to princess carry and unlocking emotes... It doesn't have to be immediate 😔 it's ok guys you won't die. I have princess carry unlocked with 15+ people? Some that don't even play anymore. And less than 10 with fully unlocked trees. Ive been playing sky for 2 years it takes time. It doesn't have to be immediate and thats the fun part too unlocking things together with your friends.

One time i unlocked that Emote with my brother that i work hard to unlock it, just for him to delete the app and i was so disappointed, but today i unlocked it with my Alt account to my main account, because i have a lot of candles to unlock all emote to cradle emote, Worth it UvU

Hi! There are a few ways to remove it temporarily. The way I did it was not collecting the first wl in the game. After that the gameplay is normal, but I used my main account for help. Id definitely recommend the experience! Just fyi: Valley of Triumph is autocollect, watch out for that! You cannot buy wingbuffs from spirits (you can use in the friendship tree and with items that cost ac), this sends you to the black room. Sorry for the yap :v A lotta Sky terms too

You can unlock it for 10 ascended candles once you've bought enough emotes and stuff :^
