ML have become one of my favourite actors. He’s so good with eyes expressions. And I have watched some of his another drama. He really knows how to choose a different type of storyline. FL is phenomenal too. I love her character. Not typical “bright” or “badass” female. Her subtle expressions are amazing. This drama is good and different too. Well done casting director. The 3 brothers do look like siblings. The resemblance is on point. I just hope the pay attention on small details. For example, stick to which ear is bleeding. Not something I can ignore when the blood suddenly gone 😅

This is a quality product from start to finish. The script is good and the direction is excellent. It also boasts some great performances and the production values top notch. It's a darker melodrama which utilizes familiar tropes but it doesn't tip over into cartoon-like absurdity.

I wasn't expecting how much of a thriller this would be. My muscles were clenched with tension through the whole thing. It was a twisty Machiavellian story with excellent acting. Loved the FL's wardrobe. So unique and elegant. As always, Zhen Ziqi oozes sex appeal ... and menace, when it's called for. A really welcome change from the usual.
