Colorado’s Eastern Plains offer so much beauty. Follow along as we head to the North-Eastern corner of Colorado and explore the Pawnee National Grasslands. We hiked to two beautiful buttes and enjoyed a cookout in one of the many dispersed camping spots to enjoy a beautiful sunset from the plains. You can even see the Rocky Mountains in the distance. Colorado’s eastern plains are a perfect area to enjoy in the winter months if you are looking to hike easy trails without snow. Enjoy this Colorado adventure.

Rugged snowy peaks, wide open plains, white sand deserts, emerald ocean beaches, active volcanoes and glaciers…. I just can’t get over how beautiful American truly is. 💕 the sunset looked amazing 🤩
