Two Channel Hi-Fi Part 1 - Marantz

Power amp direct mode is exactly what I use with PM-KI Ruby, when watching movies and above all listening to multichannel SACDs 😊 I have an OPPO 105D providing me with all the discrete analogue output. The front channels go to the PM-KI Ruby, and the other channels to a custom made 4 channel amplifier based on the same hypex modules of the PM-KI Ruby. If only SA-KI Ruby were multichannel capable, that would be a bliss. What I miss from Marantz is something like the OPPO 105D but of the level of the SA-KI Ruby. Maybe Yoshinari Ogata can also make it happen? Who knows!😊 A big Thank You to Ken Ishiwata for having donated us the Ruby series.

Amazing video, love my Marantz gear. I should say that Sony did the converting all signal to DSD in the late 90s and early 2000s with the ES amplifiers
