I was weirded out by this track like most of us. However, I keep the album playing past Messenger HD. I do really like it... until the orchestra kicks in and that seriously f***ed up horn comes in. You get treated to a bit of laughing and messing about with the drumkit and... that's it! Like the abrupt ending on Aready Gone (from False Alarm album). It's either genius or madness - I'm not sure which.

I have no idea where you're coming from with the claim that this track is "completely different from EVERYTHING" when in reality it sets the theme for the other songs, which sound incredibly similar. Either way this album is so bad I'm convinced it's satire.
