Katie Stoltz I've had better experience with UA customer service than with most companies. Their products are on the pricier side, but I wouldn't call it overpriced junk. I understand that you've had a faulty product and probably got to speak to someone who couldn't solve your issue, it would upset me too. But it wouldn't be one of the most highly regarded companies in the business if what you said was generally true.

Well, UAD owner here... Shame you do not ship that orchestra, the band together with the mixing and mastering engineers yet - my songs could have sounded the same if you could have supply those with every UAD unit.... And a pair of nice studio monitors would help as well!!!! :-) Thank you - it is impressive!

I thought the original destoryed my heart with "and I know, and I know that I'm in LOVE with YOU." And then those strings and backing volcals/sound kicks in and I can just FEEL him coming to terms with his love for her. That he finally knows he HAS to tell her. ToT it's so freakin good!!! I must say the only think I like a bit better on the og recording is when he sings "through the mist I see the shape of you" and he goes up on 'you' and for me that somehow make it hit harder when he goes lower on the phase in 'Love with you' it almost makes it feel like... a horribly deep longing. An understanding that OH. I love her. I dunno if I'm making any sense but I've had this song on repeat for like 3 days nonstop and it's inspired mutiple paintings, the first of which I'm working on now.

Song is great. You could make a hit if you started with hook streight after intro to keep radio format. Great orchestra, voices. Love idea. Sounds digitally blurred to my taste, phase issues. Especially on high fq. Why UA don't used classic tube 610? Thes would sound way better as pres for this project if you want to stuck to brand. Sound is not right IMHO. Enormous amout of work done. Fantastic anyway.

Nice... good job to you all... I love UAD Product. I just have a problem I Can't resolve. My twin mkII Quad is not found on windows 10 pro... Everything is compliant to all the suggestion in help site. I even did a reset of the interface...My device is not found. Asus thunderboltex 3 in a 16x slot pcie 3 Asus prime deluxe. With the supported thunderbolt 3 to thunderbolt 2 adapter. Latest update everywhere... Help would be apreciated.

@Dido Adly the adapter is the startech supported by UA. By "thunderbolt 2" cable, do you mean "thunderbolt" cable...? Is there thunderbolt 2 and thunderbolt 1 cable...? The one I have is an apple thunderbolt cable...

@@whitneysmith8646 Sorry I didn't update my comment. The problem as in many cases is also due to compatibility. I had the Asus prime Deluxe I with the correct adapter, but the USB-C 3.1 gen 2 compatibility as anounced 2 years ago by UAD was indeed false. They erased that compatibility claim. But now I changed my motherboard with the Asus prime Deluxe II. And now it works great. In any case Audio Brand in general don't care much about their client. That's a fact. You have to be the smart guy. Profit isn't in support but in sale....
