This was one of my favorite DCOM's when I was a kid. Its hard to believe, but rollerblading was HUGE in the 90's.

The shoes he was "grinding" with are called Soap shoes. They have a plastic plate in the middle of them so to can slide on rails and ledges with your shoes. Me and my friends all used to have them and we would just walk around town sliding on stuff. It was actually kinda fun. Not sure if they make then anymore
