Here is an episode of "Two for the Money" with Sam Levenson from 1956. I always like this show, but some of the comments made really show you how life was back in the 1950s. (c) Fremantle Media

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, finding this made my day! That's my grandpa, Major Hosea Dixon, & my sister, Carolyn Ann (Maddox at that time) Lawrence. I well remember excitedly watching the broadcast with family & friends in the wee town of Noel, Missouri, 60 years ago ... long before there was any simple way to record television. I always wondered if it might exist in an archive somewhere. Truly amazing to have found it with a KZbin Search! Thanks again!

Sam replaced Herb Shriner as emcee in the summer of '56, just before it was cancelled. This program was originally seen that July.

Wonder if there's the Tom Brokaw episode, before doing NBC News.

Great post! Say, you wouldn't be related to any Arrowood's from TN or NC would you?

Over 7 minutes of pointless chat before the first question is even asked. Now, that’s an exciting fast-paced quiz-show.
