We use those to, but for personal usage i use a M1 Garand. Because has superior durability, and because over time you get use to the rifles weight which is over 9 lb.

We call it two handed infinity spin here, i have not learned the 2 hand one but I've learned the single handed infinity spin.

It's a Johnsuun DrillAmerica® 1903 Springfield Replica Rifle (black and black version). My old drill team used these. Just Google it and you'll find it.
