People usually use that line as a joke for space documentaries, but in this case yea. I watched a 'behind the scenes' thing for one of these BBC nature documentaries, and they literally do sit out in a camouflaged tent in the wilderness with a video camera for months on end to get their shots.

I am 86 years old. I grew up in Black Diamond, King County, Washington, USA! When I was in school we were taught "inches, feet, yards, miles etc" not meters, etc! I don't know the equivalent. I have nothing to let me know how to relate meters etc to what I was taught! It is very frustrating not to know just what the measurement is from what I was taught! I have heard all the words in the metric scale but it means nothing to me as to exactly what the measurement is in what I was taught.

Fascinating documentary. It often depicts someone is one someone else's menu such as when birds were on the menu for fish.

The footage, score, and narration is second to none. In addition to that I would have never guessed that hyenas would eat seals I guess I never knew that

Ahh those Pangolins are so fantastical & like some fantasy animal from the Fairy Realms That should be living with Dragons & Unicorns Then another strange creature that looks part Kangaroo, part Wombat & part Long Nose Deer/ Hog which is the Aardvark which everyone knows because its the 1st word in the Dictionary but few i think, know what it looks like! Its another image from the Fantasy Realm to be a factual Phenomena - A Lake under the Sea! It should be possible to accept that this under water lake is where the Merfolk live. This video has been a phenomena in its entirety! So many amazing creatures 🐒🐿🦇🐻🐧🦎🐠🦈🐙🦀🦑🐡 Those Sailors feeding the great Whale Sharks or Basking Sharks made me so emotional 💕 Watching that wonderful moment of trust & benevolence between Humans & Fish.. also magical. Every set piece was utterly delightful, informative & touching in many ways BIG THANK YOU to BBC & THE SUPERLATIVE MEISTRO OF THE NATURAL WORLD - SIR DAVID ATTENBOROUGH! A Marvellous Man PEACE 🇬🇧👧
