I have prophetic dreams as well as can commune with deceased ppl in my dreams. It’s not a typical dream tho, i’m lucid and know i’m in dreamland. I receive messages from ancestors and friends etc who have transitioned. Always had it since i can remember and it’s also runs on my mothers side. I got the ability to see angels and energy orbs from my dad. lol

Demonic spirits can resemble things like that creature. I think “Just energy” was quite possibly a demonic entity. Even some angels look very inhuman and are extremely frightening to look at.
