Simon was in the sole entrance of the cam room and could have just waited until someone was about to go to the room (which was easy to do since Reactor was going off) after Randolph killed Tobi. Randolph fucked up. No reason to defend that stupid move.

Also, if you watch Randy's video of this game you'll realize how the miscommunication happened, Randy wanted to do the double kill as well but they just timed it wrongly.
