Cbse tough exam karwata tha neet ka and same with jee main par nta ke aane se neet mein bhi or jee main mein bhi student ke full marks aa rahe hain.

According to me ,this answer is not practically correct, because if charge is leaking,so mass is variable,but here mass is assumed to be constant. If I am wrong,please correct me

charge leaks in form of electrons and it has low mass. so the mass almost remains constant.
