This is a great looking dessert! But since I am beginner I don't think I would have too much success if I tried this.

everyone starts as a beginner - if you're willing to invest the time(and money)to source the necessary items in your kitchen, you can make anything - silverleaf gelatin is available online or in specialty kitchen and baking stores - the dessert prepared requires a good bit of day-ahead prep but otherwise I believe you could manage.
