At the beginning of this year my husband was very very ill and had to be put into the hospital. I use Tarot as spiritual guidance as well as for divination. None of my decks seemed right to help me through that time. I went to Barnes and Noble and the Guardian Angel Message Tarot was on their Tarot display. I looked at it and went hmmmm. I do have the Fairy deck by Radleigh Valentine but seldom use it. I looked at others and nothing hooked me. I left the store and walked to my car and stopped and my inner voice said get it. I turned around went in and bought it. What a blessing. That deck I used everyday for the 5 weeks he was in the hospital before he succumbed to his illness. It comforted me, told me each day if it was going to be a good day, hard day or to do self-care. I would just pull 3 cards to start to see the message and if needed 1 or 2 more for details. I will never get rid of this deck. Besides my kids, this deck helped me get through that difficult time. I've only used it a couple times since, when I am stressed over something. Definetely not an everyday pull deck for me. It's too special.

I have both of these, and use them for my readings at the farmer’s market, they are detailed enough to give a great shorter 10 minute reading, and are not intimidating to Tarot novices! Glad you like them too.

One of my favorite parts of Angel Wisdom is the association on the minors to it’s major association on the bottom right of the card 🌺

Still just dipping my toe into exploring Angels. The Guardian Angel Messages Tarot looks interesting. I might have to give that one a try if I decide to explore deeper.

I had both of these decks and sold the Guardian angel messages because the guidebook is Exactly the same as the original Guardian angel Tarot ( the pink cherub “grandma”deck ) . Yet they’re marketed as 2 different decks . I found it a bit ingenious. They (Hay House ) could have explained that it was a reworking of the original. However , the Angel Wisdom Tarot is one of my favorites . Love the cardstock . Easy to shuffle . Lovely whishing noise . I have one specific spread I use for it . I still use my pink cherub grandma deck frequently as well . I do agree with you about the Malkuth VS Kether differences . Don’t like that Hay House guild either . Rough on the hands . Edit : the indie deck is 🤩! Must have 😂

I just picked up Angel Wisdom Tarot. I love how it connects the minor to majors. It really brought a new fun layer to my tarot reading. Also I’m not sure if you noticed or pointed out but the ace toddler grows to be the page in the suit. Which is kinda cool. Sadly my hands are too small to ruffle shuffle my copy.

I have the guardian Angel messages since the beginning of the year and I really love the deck for its calmness, but also for it being direct and easy to understand. You really made me curious about the Angel wisdom tarot. The possibility of being a perfect oracle to the other one, the major arcana card associations, and I love that the Pages are the grown up Aces with their elemental animal besides them. There is so much to discover in these cards, I love that.

Thank you SO much for sharing these! I’ve been holding off for a long time on an Angel deck because none were resonating until now with the Guardian Angels one you’re showing, Finally! LOL I mean, I have Cilla Conway’s 4 Devic decks for what I resonate with as in “higher” vibrational angelic energies and Beings but this Guardian one is perfect, I think, for feeling into a very mundane relationship with those Beings. Much appreciated!

It's interesting to note that there are beings from other types of foklore and/or spiritual beliefs incorporated in the Angel Wisdom Tarot, such as mermaids and a genie. Not to say I wouldn't buy decks with them at all, but somehow their presence in an all angel-themed deck doesn't sit well with me. I also prefer the short keywords in the Guardian Angel Messages Tarot. Their comparison was very useful, thank you!

I have the Guardian Angel Messages Tarot and I agree with you the deck is much more lovely in person. It is a gentle and compassionate energy in a direct way. I really enjoy using it.

Can somebody tell Hay House to make smaller decks or at least an option to get a bridge sized or maybe a bit larger deck bc all these larger oracle decks from all publishers are annoying now at least for someone with smaller hands like me

I really like both of these decks. I have never worked with a Radleigh Valentine deck because the borders have always been so huge and there's always so much text on his cards I was just always put off with buying them. But I really like the Guardian Angel Messages just has keywords, feels very approachable and not overwhelming to me. In regards to the Angel Wisdom Tarot, while there is text, it doesn't feel like it's taking up the whole card like his previous decks. I do like the corner aspects and the fact that the minors are linked to major cards, I think that's very interesting imo.

2:51 Funnily enough, Guardian Angel Messages is actually the newer one it came out Oct 2021 and Angel Wisdom Tarot came out Oct 2020 So that's interesting that the cardstock is different for the two. Maybe they changed their cardstock again? 🤣

I think they change it often, I have several decks from them that have a huge range of cardstocks lol

Loved the way you shared your way of working with these two beautiful decks. I personally like Angel wisdom tarot not because of the long msgs underneath each card.but i feel more connected to it. Love its back as well more. But will surely buy the other one soon.

I have had the Angel Wisdom Tarot for a couple years and really like it. I didn't even know about the other deck interestingly. The funny thing is I think I bought the Angel Wisdom Tarot after watching your video where you were showing the influence of the angels and I bought the wrong deck but then ended up liking it. I walked in one of our stores and saw it and thought it was the Influence of Angels I had just seen. I was just going to rehome it after I got the influence of the angels but ended up liking it because of the associations and I kept them both. I too love the renaming and think they did a great job. I guess you could say, Dawn made me buy it a couple of years ago. I ended up buying a copy for a friend last year because of the associations and they love it too.

I really wanted to get one of these and work with angel energy but the connection is just not there. :/ But the decks are still lovely, I appreciate RV as a reader and deck creator too. :)

I can totally understand that, it wasn't there for me for a long time too... In fact I had an aversion to Angel decks for many, many years. Like most decks (and energy) I think they come to you if and when the time is right. :)

@@DawnMichelleTarot same 😅 and agreed plus for me I think it was more about trying to find something and saw someone having these profound experiences, and wanting to join in. It's hard to be at the beginning of a journey especially when you're still struggling to even find the path, let alone start walking 😊😅

This depiction of angel makes no sense to me - far to live love laugh. But I often recommend them too my mom's friends in grief as the softness is like their childhood angels.
