Not only Neet 2016,but others as well,this will be the same for this times as well. There will be content outside the Ncert, which most of the teachers refuse to acknowledge. So how to tackle this issue? After you have perfectly covered the Ncert, go through the previous years questions,see the questions and then study around them to increase your understanding. This is in my opinion the best way to tackle the problem. For physics,you need to broaden your concept Depth as the "outside" questions are just the twisted form of what you already know Chemistry,the Ncert is pretty vast and students do ignore it,don't. It so happens that the question made is from a line directly from the Ncert. Biology,after Ncert there is only a maximum of 10-15 which are outside,so do what I said above and you should be able to "crack" the exam.
