My father got clean and is my best friend and if this happened to my father I would have never known the love a father could give. You should be more compassionate. You do not have to have sympathy for drug users I know that’s a big ask for a lot of people, but have a heart for a child who will never get to know his father sober. He will be mourning this loss more than just the loss of a father but the loss of what could have been. That’s the worst kind of loss.
