She just takes the side of the most perceived marginalized person in the story and sympathizes with them and there situation, right or wrong. All other details or common sense is irrelevant. On one of the past episodes she basically implied that if an asian person was being violated by a black person, the asian person should not call the cops...lol. why?...well because in America black people are viewed as more victimized then asians. Same goes here, trans are seen as more victimized then women, so there rights supercede the comfort and safety of the women in these prisons. In the shelter system in NY an individual who left prison and had been male presenting their entire life can at the time of their shelter assignment say they identify as a women to be placed in a women’s shelter. Regardless of their criminal background (ex: sexual assault). My question would be, do trans men go to mens prisons? And if so, what happens if the same situation occurs? I have no issue with people having 100% consensual sex while incarcerated, but I do have issues with people having kids they won’t be able to take care of, especially if they’re going to be incarcerated for a long time. They’re inflicting trauma on their children immediately. I’ve worked with children whose parents were incarcerated and those kids live in a constant state of devastation and abandonment.

I agree with Loni honestly speaking, because women getting pregnant is the issue if it was security guard they are going to jail. If it was women on women she is not getting pregnant. Also what if it was not consensual and the inmate was taken advantage because a transgender female still have the strength of a man especially if they still have a penis. If they dont have one that is different but if they do it is a concern and you need to be in a man prison or somewhere else.

Having a penis has nothing to do with having “the strength of a man”. The fact is that we don’t know the details here and we have no more right to know them than if all the women involved were cis. Rape is a huge problem in prison but only talking about it in relation to trans people is fear-mongering, particularly when we have zero information about the situation besides that a trans women had reportedly consensual sex with two cis women, and that both cis women are now pregnant

So we just gonna act like a trans man isnt gonna be stronger than a cis woman?..and TWO women ended up pregnant..I think we know who was taking advantage of who here 🙄 but yeah lets protect the trans people..smh..two babies about to be born literally in jail and we as a country keep talking about grown people who have already made their lives choices and their rights..what about those poor innocent babies!
