This song was just playing on the local traffic live stream tv channel in the rural mountains of Japan. Absolute banger of a track. Cheers from Myoko Kogen, Niigata Japan.

Great tune, love it! Thanks for share it! #SmoothJazz

I was reminded of this song (one of my favorites in 2016) today when I heard Brian Simpson-One of a Kind on the radio and thought it sounded strangely familiar. It's really interesting to hear both of your takes on the instrumental. Looking forward to hearing more music from you in the future.

Funky as hell!! I just heard Brian Simpson's "One of a Kind" and I figured ... The beginning of the songs are similar. Is this some kind of tribute (looks like it, considering the titles of both songs :-)) )? Plus, I just discovered after some little search that you produced him :-)
@nilsguitar5 жыл бұрын
Yes, I produced and wrote the track. I sold it to Brian who wanted to put his own spin on it. He did not quite capture the hook I had written, so I asked him, if it was alright to release my own version. I called mine "Two of a kind" to differentiate between the two versions

Looks like we have some things in common: you drive the same car, live near the beach, even have the same colour guitar. The difference is that your guitar playing is far, far, far better than mine! Loving your music; please keep it coming. Best regards.
