I personally own and use all the gear in my videos, and only recommend stuff that I think is actually great - because trust matters. I'm also an Amazon Affiliate and earn a small commission if you think my reviews are good and choose to buy something from my referral links.

So after two years is the recharable still working ? Amazon reviews show some issues.

Mine has been okay. I’m sure there’s a bit of variance between individuals though and knowing overseas made items I would not be surprised.

With the battery powered, how long were you cool down brakes? Are you currently using the battery powered? Any issues?

Between 2 inflated I let it cool down about 10 minutes in a shaded place normally. I still use that battery powered one, and have used it on about 5 or 6 trips since making this video. No issues, so I started loaning it out to friends or people who rent my Paddleboards because it’s so simple to use.

@@rockj8197 Yes, the links in the video descriptions are Amazon Affiliate links and I've tried to find the listing that have them for the lowest price, but I always support shopping around.

Do you think I can use it for my bris inflatable boat??

Yes, Bris use this kind of valve called the Halkey-Roberts or HR valve. Its the valve type for high volume, high pressure inflatables like kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Either pump in the video will work great for you.

Hear me out. You buy a zip close mattress cover to sleep in as a sort of a sleeping bag. You find out that it's almost air tight but it has a slow leak. You want to buy an air pump to keep fresh air flowing in to your make shift sleeping bag. You also don't want the air pump to be running all night and you aren't able to sleep. So you decide to find an air pump that has a scheduled timer for every 15 minutes or so. What do you buy?

heh - I love the creative problem to solve. My guess is it's easier to solve the 15-minute timer requirement by using a power supply that has a built in timer (like the kind that people use to turn their lamps on while they are away on vacation, etc). Pumps are louder than fans, so I would the smallest bust strongest and quietest fan, use something like a funnel/dryer vent to channel in the air. I have an amazingly quite and strong OPLOAR fan about 8" in diameter that is battery powered and lasts more than 8 hours per charge.

How long does it take to fill

Good question. It says at 5:40. 1 minute to get to 1 PSI, then an additional 6 minutes to reach 12 PSI.

Do you happen to know the operating voltage for the battery powered inflator. Your photo indicated they use 10 batteries. Based on that it's not a 12v system but a 18v system 5S2P This potentially can offer 200 plus watts as opposed to the 12v car plug system as it is limited to 12a or 144W.

Sorry for the confusion- that quick picture of the generic battery pack was to represent batteries but not the exact batteries inside the pump.
