Gangsta Nip was a Houston artist whose first album was on Rap-A-Lot. A young dude killed a deputy around 93 - 94, and they found out he was listening to Tupac's "2pocalypse Now" at the time of the killing. Ice T " Cop Killer" was out at that time I'm pretty sure you find it on the internet.
