So wait quick question. If this is Series 2 then is there a Series 4? So much different information is going around on Otis models so that's why I'm asking?

There is a series 4. Series 4 sometimes has the green displays on hall indicators, not series 5. Series 5 has the oval shaped indicators because that's unique to series 5. Series 4 also has a rectangular COP indicator. This should help clear up some of the Otis confusion.
