That one lady with the green canvas purse and wallet in her hand picked up on the black jacket dude as soon as she got in line. You can see her squint a little then watch for a couple of seconds then turn away... and then she looks around the other side, while kind of sidling over in line so she keeps the guy in her peripheral vision. A few seconds later she locks onto striped shirt guy and watches him. You can see her eyeing both of them in peripheral up until she buys her tickets. The way she holds her bag and her wallet and the way she watches her surroundings is pretty good and aware of these creeps.

the chinese young travelers do seem to be very naive. At the san diego zoo I was in line and the girl in front had her backpack unzipped, the side pockets unzipped, I could easilly see her plastic. I tapped her on the shoulder and warned her. I don't think she had any idea what I was saying, but I think her male friend did

Two Chinese girls victims. Three non-Asian pickpockets. Suspect 1, guy with striped shirt, Suspect 2, guy with black coat. Suspect 3 girl with coffee cup. Both girls target at entrance. Guy's observe both girls. Girl 1 whitish backpack, girl 2 red col backpack w.teddy bear. Susp1 targets girl1, susp2 targets girl2. Girl1 picked at 1.59 far left, Girl 2 at 1.35 while suspect 3 blocks vision. At 1.42 suspect 3 makes eye contact with suspect 2. Susp3 is not shopping and useless in waiting line.

If i'm not mistaken (and many others have noticed as well), she kept her wallet (or cell phone or whatever that was stolen) in her coat pocket.. not in her backpack.. but that was silly as well.. with the coat hanging loosely in such a crowded place, she's a prime target and easy picking for pickpockets

0:01, victim walks in and is immediately targeted by pickpockets, Mr.P 1 is wearing a black backpack as well as blue and white *horizontally striped shirt *with blue jeans, Mr.P 2 is wearing a black leather jacket with a plaid red and white shirt underneath as *well as blue jeans and *his hair is receding, victim is wearing a white and black backpack with a brown overcoat and white *jeans there is also a white *shirt underneath the overcoat, the P's follow victim around (which is dumb they should have one be *by the counter and one by *the exit) 0:42, Mr.P 1 pretends to try a black baseball in an effort to not arouse suspicion(which obviously didn't work(on me at least)) *and Mr.P 2 goes along with it 0:44,Mr.P 1 takes off the baseball cap and puts it back 0:52.Mr.P 1 yet again pretends to try a tan baseball cap but when he can't get the attention of his friend he puts it back (this is *dumb) 1:38,Mr.P 1 goes to a camera blind spot where victim is hanging around (utterly stupid) 1:53,Mr.P 1 gets his "takeout" from victim's bag 2:28, pickpockets leave the vicinity (which is also dumb as this just draws more suspicion to themselves because they didn't pay for anything)

He does the dirty deed at exactly 2:00 minutes stealing from the asian girl with the brown shirt and speckled white backpack .Then they leave. so far as I can see, his partner didn't take anything... If you're a woman keep everything in front of you, and if a man, carry your wallet in your front pocket. that's probably your best shot...
