I've had a problem with the same rogue targeting me in every BG until I absolutely 1 shot him not once but twice in the same BG. Moral of the story is he doesn't come near me now. Infact I go after them and they've left several times also 😂

I prefer Fate as well, because it allows me to have some burst movement, and that there's a chance for a decent agility buff.
