Black has less time white has more. If white wins its win for white. If white draws its draw and if whit lose its loss for white but if black win it win for black and if black draws its win for black

No, 😂 a sports commentator is skilled at commenting, not at the actual practice. It's the same in all activities (boxing, football, etc.). Plus, I assume they have access to the equipment that lets them know if a hit is good or not, thanks to the software.
