May you please have a rental studio apt of 25sqm each unit (with balcony front & sides to have open air & drying clothes purposes? 2 storey bldg, 2 towers with 2sqm easements on the sides of the the Perimeter wall & at the back. Stair acces in the middle for Tenants. With 2 water tanks at roof deck for each bldg. Thank you so much for accommodation. More power to your house designs!
