This is my favorite hairstyle. When I had a relaxer( decades ago) I saw a woman with two strand twist, I said no more to chemicals. I cut the relaxer out grew my hair, and realized my hair was too soft/ straight for two strands. I love seeing ppl rock it and it will forever be my favorite hairstyle, even if I can only admire. You look great!

Awww bless! I’m glad you cut out all the chemicals from your hair! Your hair is healthy without it. I do love 2 strand twists and I’m glad I’m able to do it. My niece has 3a hair and 2 strand twists dont really last on her hair but she loves it so I do it for her and it unravels itself after 3 to 5 days and becomes a twist out lol

Have you tried twisting it with a gel like eco or wet line ?It helps give it a bit of weight and strength for soft hair.

@@mightystrong5484 Nah in my opinion when I tried it years ago, it made the hair heavy, limp and it caused product build up. Thank you for your suggestion 🙏🏽
