Hey can you clear a small doubt? So far I've tried eggless cakes only two times. Both the times my cakes either broke into two pieces or broke into several pieces leaving so many crumbs yet was soft. Was these sponges perfect and moist? Your answer would be so helpful for me. Thanks :)
