It needs a totally new democracy whereby left/right is gone, party is gone, Westminster and the other parliaments becoming debating centres where members are only figureheads and have no more power than members of the UK public, decisions on law are made by the UK public alone, delegated if they so wish, but the authority lies equally across the UK public, not with a handful of incompetent, lobbied, bribed, greedy politicians.
