How do you file taxes if you own 2 LLC's? Do I only need one EIN for the Florida LLC and have to only file taxes for that one in Florida, please say YES! I would only be making money in Florida so is this how it would work?

Very good idea! I have 2 questions. First question: I am going to efile a new LLC in Florida. Where can I put Delaware LLC info into the form? So when other people try to dig in Florida LLC, My name is not there but Delaware LLC. Second Question: If I have the existing LLC, how can I put Delaware LLC into the article of the Organization of that existing LLC? Thank You very much!

Yes! You can form a Delaware LLC even if you do not live in Delaware. You will, however, need to pay for a Delaware registered agent for the LLC which typically costs around $50 per year.
