THANK YOU so much!!! I've been trying... very unsuccessfully... to do two tone fondant for soooo long. Everyone made it look so easy so I thought it was simply a skill I didn't have... but your tutorial is amazing! Thanks for taking the time to show everything and explain what, how and why... it made a massive difference to me. Plus no annoying music lol. I'm now looking at the most perfect two tone cookie and with Christmas coming up it was great timing. Thanks so much :)

I'm so glad I found you just wish it was much sooner. This is perfect for me as I have a terrible time with royal frosting. Looking forward to learning more

Thank you for video. When I transfer on white fondant. My colour bleeds. Would I need more oil.? Or im doing something wrong?

@@francieranieri1772 Could be due to several things, possibly the humidity or fondant, you could potentially try adding tylose or cmc to your base colour to stiffen it up a little. More oil is probably not the answer… I tend to overdo it with the oil. Or possibly apply a little less pressure when you place the mould on top of the base. I occasionally get colour bleed if I squish the mould to base too firmly. It’s a bit of a trial and error to get the balance of enough squish to stick the colour but not squish it out of place.

Thank you for a clear video! Do you prefer to use a particular brand of fondant? The cookie stamp company I have purchased from suggest regular supermarket Queen brand rtr. I am looking forward to trying the debossing method with sunflower oil, as the company I purchased from suggest corn flour and I have had an afternoon of absolute frustration with intricate cookie stamps that I can't seem to get fondant to stick into.

Queen is great, the small bags of Bakels pettinice work well too. I try to avoid overly oily brands and will adjust the texture of whatever fondant I have with a few droplets of water until it is similar in texture to the Queens brand one.
