Markhor is the largest of the wild goat species and national animal of Pakistan found in Northern Areas. It's an endangered species, the hunting of which is restricted which makes it a delicacy as well. Also, Markhor is symbol of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, which unlike RAW, is directly controlled by Pakistani military generals who keep illicitly meddling in politics of the country and considered responsible for ouster of Imran Khan's government and deadly attack on him. YS are staunch supporters of Imran Khan and lately Anjum had been openly calling out military in his tweets and in one of his songs as well. "Kabhi phoren (khayen) Markhor" was most likely a reference to that as well.
