Your presentation was so nice..One small clarification I'll give for the viewers those who got confused. At 22:01 it was mispelled that " as width increases".. Actually alpha1 increases as width decreases because of increase in gate current..
@santhoshKumar-nw2om Жыл бұрын
He told previously that alpha is inversely proportional to base width. But as gate current increases depletion region width should decrease and base width should increase and then alpha should decrease. But he is saying alpha increases how?
@santhoshKumar-nw2om Жыл бұрын
So first we have to get clarification that alpha is directly proportional to base width or inversely proportional to base width? If u observe the video clearly he first told apha is directly proportional to base width and then he striken that and said alpha is inversily proportional to base width

@kalyanidevaraju13695 жыл бұрын
RAJESH INUMARTHI there we got an equation as Ia=alpha1(Ia)+alpha2(Ia+Ig)+Ico1+Ico2 right now separate all Ia related terms to left side of the equation we get step1: Ia-alpha1(Ia)-alpha2(Ia+Ig)=Ico1+Ico2 step2: Ia-alpha1(Ia)-alpha2(Ia)-alpha2(Ig)=Ico1+Ico2 move alpha 2 term towards right side then we get step3: Ia-alpha1(Ia)-alpha2(Ia)=Ico1+Ico2+alpha2(Ig) now take Ia as common on right side we get step4: Ia(1-alpha1-alpha2)=Ico1+Ico2+alpha2(Ig) we can also write it by taking negative as common from alpha 1 and alpha 2 as step5:Ia(1-(alpha1+alpha2))=Ico1+Ico2+alpha2(Ig) step6:Ia=Ico1+Ico2+alpha2(Ig)/(1-(alpha1+alpha2)) so finally in this way we get ur solution as (1-(alpha1+alpha2))
