For the 1.5kW Spindle motor you need a vfd inverter, right? Like an elctric speed controller on RC planes or cars. Which one do you use? Great channel BTW. AND really nice how fast you are answering :D

yep. Spindle + Inverter. I bought the kit on Aliexpress. (check 110/220v for your country) Something like this aliexpress.ru/item/1005004428206105.html?sku_id=12000029151476565&spm=a2g2w.stores.search_results.7.270a66ddVeWmi3. But cylindrical one maybe even better to adjust height (clearance) on the fly...

I'm no expert and have No idea which software you used for tool paths but next time try adding an imaginary vector border to say 10mm outside of the main design, that way your finishing tool will wear down less not taking off all the excess material that could have been done in the roughing stage, a lot quicker too. Depending on the software you set a eg 10mm border and rough pass outside and finish pass inside this line, most CAM software have it inbuilt in like Carveco Maker. Turned out nice and well recuperated after losing USB connection.

A Max speed test is always good to do, that way you know your limits before you start to save heartbreak at a later date, like 5 hours into a job and a motor skips a few steps because you were pushing things outside of its limits
