Two tricks with tuned circuits. Here I discuss two configurations where using multiple tuned circuits can be useful. In this case achieving a wider tuning range with a variable capacitor or deliberately allowing resonance on two frequencies at once.

I was recently experimenting with an AM / FM receiver chip and it uses the same ideas presented in this video. The AM and FM band share the same mixer output pin with the higher FM passing through the AM IF tank circuit unimpeded.

Hmmm... This circuit could be used at a broadcast site to create intentional intermodulation. Use the powerful signals present to be your LO and two mixing frequencies at once. Parallel several diodes so they can handle the power to a reasonable level. Hide it in a tree. I can see the site technician stamping on it repeatedly when he finally finds it :P

for that problem there is band pass filters,with sharp skirt,,,,,,
