I live in an area where the houses are really close to each other, neighbors share a fence and the area can get rather sketchy at times. At the time my parents and I were living there with my grandparents for financial reasons. My Father and I were outside on our porch, talking and whatever. But then my father ran out of cigarettes. He and I walked to my neighbor's house still talking so he could borrow one, they had a pet pit bull chained to the ground on a pole behind one of those strange hexagon fences that was not attached properly to the gate. I was standing there, waiting for my father as he talked to our neighbor, I was in socks at the time, my grandmothers. The Pit was barking and growling at me, I didn't think much of it until I heard the drag of a now loose pole against the concrete and the bash of the fence falling down. The dog ran right for me, my Father trying to step in front of me as fast as he could but the dog just went in between his legs and locked its jaw right on my right ankle. In the end, it took two adult men to get the Pitbull off of me, I was carried to the back of my parent's really crummy car- it could barely start. My father ties a sock around my leg to try and stop the bleeding. I bleed through the car seat, the car ride itself was a blur, I just remember my dad holding my hand and yelling at me to not fall asleep while my mother sped through traffic and took me to the hospital. I got 32 stitches with severe tissue damage, barely had enough good skin to put back together. I Was in a wheelchair for a few months, then crutches, then just a boot, then I could walk again! The neighbors fled the state to try to get out of any charges. The landlord was a dick about things.

As a Lemon Demon fan, a musician and a person who likes it when things have some kind of rhythm or are on-beat in general, this song was bad, terrifying, shocking, even. I wouldn’t even say I was in pain I was just in shock of how terrible it was. You know, I was eating watermelons and they tasted completely fine…before I listened to “that”. But as soon as I put on this horrifying remix of a song they started tasting weird, disgusting, not sweet at all. I don’t know if it was because the video was messing with all my senses or if even the watermelons had lost their taste by listening to it but it was very strange. It seems almost feels like the POV was inspired by someone listening to that audio in their car and committing suicide after hearing it, which I don’t recommend doing by the way, but it is understandable. This was - and still is - one of the worst song remixes I’ve ever heard and the first one that made me genuinely fear the original song ever again after being traumatised by it. Great job.
