The Exclusive type of classification will be used in grouping the first data because the variables are continuous while the Inclusive type will be used for the second data because the variable are discrete. Thank you for the clear explanations, this has really answered some questions I've always had about data presented in group form and how the groups are determined.

For No 1, I will use exclusive type of class interval because MCH is continous. I will use the inclusive type for no 2 because it is a discrete variable. Thank you sir

For MCHC since it's continuous data I will used the exclusive class interval in which lower class limit included and upper class limit excluded, for number of health worker since it's discrete I will used inclusive class interval in which both lower and upper class limit are included
