One medical could have ended up with a delivery on board...and the other could have been a fire on board. Thank goodness it all ended well.

Good job with the battery. I'm surprised that the Captain didn't call the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighters (ARFF ) regarding the battery. If it was a lithium battery the fire danger is extreme, and the thought of the gate agent taking that back into the terminal filled with people is as frightening as having it on the fueled up plane full of passengers. ARFF would have the equipment to handle it and could have been able to get it to a remote section of the airfield away from passengers and fuel. BTW the 49ers are really not from San Francisco anymore since they play in Santa Clara in the Silicon Valley. Glad that you are home safe.

When my weight was 190 pounds... (Long long time ago) somebody stood up for me in a busy train ,because he thought i was pregnant. Of course he was ashamed. Though, i told him thank you, because in a kind of was it was very polite right ⁉️😉

Oh Steve, that roller coaster gave me anxiety just watching your co-worker going higher and higher. It’s not my idea of fun. Lovely to see the animals though. Looked like a very beautiful day in Tampa. You will be happy when you get back to California and your cats.🐈‍⬛ 🐈

We stopped after just one child. We were older and she exhausted us! I see the Moms with 3-4 small kids onboard and mind is blown on how they do it. I know that couldn’t. As the youngest of 8 kids, I did not want to become the Catholic baby machine that my mother was…btw I LOVE my melatonin-induced crazy dreams! It’s a new adventure every night. 😂

Steven, you are such a great story teller! #1, I hear you about those long videos, no one has time for an hour long video so I watch those long ones on 1.5 speed. That likely screws up the view info/algorithm for the content creator so oopsieeee. #2 IDK htf you did not hot potato that battery right the hell out onto the tarmac! So brave and level headed! #3 I also have some weird ass dreams; I keep a dream journal because they are just so weird! I kind of really love zhi mi and think you need to keep the name. Maybe add "white" to the name? Gonpo zhi mi or zhi mi gonpo? Just a thought. Thank you for sharing your days with this old empty nester! I also don't know how people do it with so many kids. I had one, one and done, that was perfect for me but now she's flown the nest so again, I am your cyber mother and I thank your for sharing your days:)

I’m a scary cat. I can’t do roller coasters. Also hippos scare the heck outta me. They kill animals. But they are herbivores. They kill animals that get in their way. Even baby hippos. They are the only animals crocodiles don’t mess with. Yikes!

This happened to me flying from Athens to Montreal at almost 7 months pregnant. I ended up in a first class seat, with a flight attendant with me, ice packs, etc. It was awful but I made it to Montreal ok 👍

The #10 to me in German sounds similar to "seen"...?...that's how I here it but no expert here!! 10 inches sounds like "seen zoll"...keep working on a name for your new wheels!! 45:30 Lol!! I hear a fire in flight is a pilots (and presumably FA’s) worst nightmare. A battery heating up and expanding sounds freaky even not in a plane situation.

Steven, the battery incident potentially more horrifying than the cramps episode. Having gotten my CJO on Tuesday, requested LAS as base, even though do not know how if will pass training. Hoping to have you as an advisor. Where do you buy your compliant shoes? And, any info on luggage? All I have heard about both shoes and luggage is the color must be black. My shoes are from Clarks and my rollerboard is from TravelPro. Before training you should receive guidance on the size of your suitcases and other things. Feel free to drop me an email if you have any real questions.

Most definitely will. Thank you for the info. Something rather different about F9. You MUST choose your base. F9 does not place you based on company need. But, one might have to wait quite a while to go to training, since training is by base. Example- right now the class is all for DFW. So, assuming I pass drug, fingerprint, and background checks, I would not go to training until F9 had a class for LAS. An email is sent to each person 30 days before beginning training with info one needs and airline jargon needed to know before training, for which there is a pass/fAil exam via computer before training begins. Take care, and worship those two felines🌈

Nope. This was a battery that was left on the plane from a previous flight. Something was clearly wrong with it..could have burst into flames at any moment.
